Coaches Pat and Heather Casey founded Peak State Fit with the concept of providing sports performance services to anyone desiring the techniques and technologies used by the best in the world. They provide a unique blend of evidence-based, field-proven training services that have been validated at the highest levels of sport and fitness in the world. Taking their experiences from elite sport, they help you live better, feel better and be confident doing the things you love.  

The Peak State Fit coaching staff has over 20 years of experience helping athletes & fitness enthusiasts reach their goals. They have worked with clients of all ages & levels of performance from collegiate to professional athletes. 

Our world class bike fitters provide an encompassing, comprehensive, and pragmatic approach to addressing your unique anatomy, functional imbalances, strengths, and weaknesses by looking first and foremost at how an athlete moves in space.

Rounding out our Peak State Fit Performance Center are our bicycle mechanics. with 10+ years of experience, you can get your bike fit, dialed in, and repaired all in one location.

Coaching

A training program as unique as you. Looking for a triathlon or cycling coach in Salt Lake City or a remote online coach? Peak State Fit coaches are USA Triathlon Level 2 coaches and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist experienced in coaching beginners to professionals for triathlon, running, and cycling. We offer coaching, bike fitting, nutrition coaching, metabolic testing, and lactate testing. Whether striving for your first IRONMAN or Lotoja finish, we have you covered!

Bike Service

Peak State Fit’s Bike Service in Salt Lake City provides high end maintenance and repair of your bicycle(s). With many service options, you can tailor your service to you needs. Have a race coming up or spent a lot of time on your trainer? Or service technician will have your bike running smooth, and with fast turn arounds. Nutrition

You’ll experience a multi-disciplinary approach centered around complete wellness management. Together we’ll evaluate your health, biochemistry, lifestyle habits, and patterns. Training Plans

Frequency and consistency are key in training for any endurance event. All plans includes strength and core work to help you with injury prevention and performance gains. Every workout is written as a custom structured plan using Training Peaks Builder. This means you have the ability to export each workout to your Garmin or third party app such as Zwift, Trainer Road or Rouvy. This technology is a great benefit for training with greater accuracy and technology.
